For this month, I’ve decided to keep the donation project going. At the end of June, based on new free and paid (new or converted) subscriptions, I’ll make a donation to the National Center for Transgender Equality.
If you are new here (welcome!) or need a refresher, you can always find more details of the project on my About page.
It’s almost the last day of June so this week, I’m sending the paid subscriber newsletter to everyone. This is a sneak behind the curtain of the additional weekly content. If any free subscribers feel like upping the ante and becoming a paid subscriber, you’ll receive this additional newsletter every week. Plus, it will absolutely count towards the donation project mentioned above for the month. (And I’m also unemployed so, you know, becoming a paid subscriber helps that as well.)
And thank you, as always, for being here.
I saw this tweet on some tweet round-up recently:
This tweet sparked a memory of a very specific photo from a very specific situation from when I lived in a much too nice for an early 20s-something apartment in Seattle years ago.
After searching for an hour through various folders, Google photos, and multiple external hard drives (why do I have photos so many places??), I found the photo. And since a picture is worth a thousand words, I’ll let this picture tell the rest of my 909 cringey words:
So, until next week, remember not all soaps are created equal and to keep on tryping your best.
